I’ve decided to document something most people only talk about after the fact: the process of building a business from zero to one hundred million dollars in value. No hidden investors. No secret funding. Just me starting from scratch and sharing the real work in real time.
The idea came after watching a YouTuber talk about the book 10x Is Easier Than 2x by Dan Sullivan, who also wrote Who Not How. That book completely changed how I think about growth. It challenged me to set goals that are so big they force me to operate differently. This journey is my way of putting that philosophy into action.
I’ve built and exited businesses before. Some succeeded, some failed. But I’ve noticed something missing in the business influencer world. Most people talk about business at a surface level, or they juggle so many projects that it’s hard to see how one actually grows.
That’s why I’m doing this differently.
Each week, The Build Report will show what’s really happening behind the scenes: the wins, the mistakes, the systems, and the real lessons from building something massive from nothing.
The first business I’m starting with is a travel newsletter. After researching a few niches, travel stood out for two reasons. First, people love deals, and travel is full of them. Second, a well-run newsletter in this space can grow quickly and profitably.
So this first stage of the journey is to prove that I can build a newsletter business from scratch; starting with the audience, monetization, and systems, and let you watch the process as it unfolds.
